Customer Service... it still exists!
Thank you to our neighbors at Ozo Coffee Company (on the West End of the Pearl Street Mall)… they suffered a retailers’ nightmare today: credit card machine down and customers with no cash.  The fabulous baristas let us take our food and drinks saying “just get us next time.”  Well done, Ozo.  It’s a great example of a retailer empowering their people to make smart...
